Booking
Booking can only be confirmed on the receipt of one night's
accommodation as deposit on terms acceptable to Underground
Backpackers. The Booking Number does in no way confirm your
booking. A Booking Confirmation Number will be provided when
payment of the deposit is confirmed by the guest's financial
institution. If this does not occur 14 days after the Booking
Date or 1 day before the Arrival Date if the Booking Date
is within 14 days of the Arrival date, the booking will be
cancelled. All guests must provide a valid passport upon Check-In.
Alteration of Bookings
All alterations are subject to availability. The arrival date
of confirmed bookings with the same number of nights can be
altered before the Arrival Date without penalty. Thereafter
these changes will incur a $10 fee. After the Arrival Date
the booking will be treated as cancelled unless otherwise
agreed to in writing by Underground Backpackers at their sole
and absolute discretion.
Cancellation of Booking
Deposits less 20% will be refunded for cancellations made
more than 7 days prior to the Arrival Date. For cancellations
made from 6 to 2 days prior to the Arrival Date, the deposit
less 50% will be funded. Thereafter no refund of the deposit
will be made unless exceptional circumstances apply, to be
determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Underground
Backpackers.
Payment of Final Accounts
All guests are requested to finalise payment for the duration
of their stay on check-in. Should an extension of stay be
required Underground Backpackers reception team will extend
your stay, subject to availability and payment for the extended
stay.
Governing Law
The agreement between the parties covered by these Terms is
governed by the laws within Australia and each party irrevocably
and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Western Australia.
Privacy
Underground Backpackers may use your details to contact you.
It will not provide the details for third party marketing
purposes. Secure Internet credit card payments will be available
shortly. The payments will be transacted on a secure site
independent of Underground Backpackers and credit card details
will only be provided to the participating financial institutions.
